How to Obtain a PBG via the SIMBG Website

To apply for a Building Approval Certificate (PBG), follow these steps through the SIMBG (Building Management Information System) website:

• Account Registration

  • Visit the SIMBG website.

  • Register and create an account if you haven't done so already.

• Application Form Submission

  • Log into your account.

  • Choose the PBG application menu.

  • Fill out the form with required information such as applicant details, building location, and type.

• Upload Supporting Documents
  Prepare and upload necessary documents, including:

  • Building plans (Site Plan, Floor Plans).

  • Proof of land ownership.

  • Other technical documents as required.

• Payment

  • Proceed with the payment of administrative fees as required by your application.

• Review and Evaluation

  • The relevant authority will examine and evaluate your application.

• PBG Issuance

  • If approved, the PBG will be issued and can be downloaded through your SIMBG account.
